I wrote, directed, produced, and did the voice over for this explainer video / ad for the SaaS B2B company Samespace.
I gave Samespace’s homepage a makeover, writing new copy, a new company tagline, hiring and managing freelance illustrators for original new art, and strategizing button layout.
I wrote and worked with an in-house designer to develop these two versions (among many) of a simple banner image that accompanied an email marketing campaign. The aim was to have warm and friendly copy to offset the company’s previously clinical tech-focused voice and brand.

At CrossBorder Solutions, I researched and wrote scripts for two podcasts, one on R&D Tax Credits and another on the Income Tax Provision. These were highly complex and nuanced subjects which required attentive research and precise writing. I had no prior knowledge to these subjects prior to starting at CrossBorder, and assimilated them so quickly I was put in charge of both podcasts.

The basic template of this article could be useful to any SaaS company, as it’s a common pain point for their target audience. I worked directly with in-house experts in a journalistic and editorial capacity to ensure that the information would be fully accurate and helpful.

Note: This blog piece was meant to underscore the new human-centric direction the company’s brand was going in. As such, this blog article addressed real concerns many of us were experiencing during the pandemic, offering hope while establishing the brand as a purveyor of this positive outlook. I feel this displays my ability to craft content with wide appeal out of even the most technical and dry material.
